Privacy Policy.
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This policy explains how EngineGrids handles personal information from visitors to our public website and people who contact us about our products, services or partnerships.
1. Scope and responsibility.
EngineGrids, Inc. is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. References to “we,” “us” and “our” mean EngineGrids. You can contact us about privacy through our contact form; identify your message as a privacy request.
This policy covers our public website and related business inquiries. It does not describe the handling of database contents within a customer’s EngineGrids Accelerator deployment. Separate agreements and the customer’s own privacy notices apply to that processing. Third-party marketplaces, partners and linked websites have their own privacy policies.
2. Information you provide.
Our contact forms collect your name, work email address, company, inquiry topic and message. Depending on the form, we also receive the product or evaluation interest associated with your request, your partner focus and an optional company website.
We may keep correspondence, follow-up information and business relationship records when you communicate with us or work with our team. We may receive relevant business contact information from you, your organization, an authorized partner or a marketplace in connection with an inquiry or transaction.
Please provide only information relevant to your request. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment information, production database contents or sensitive personal information through the public forms.
3. Technical and security information.
When you access the website, our hosting and security systems may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, request details, timestamps and diagnostic or security logs. We use this information to deliver the website, identify problems and protect against abuse.
Inquiry processing also creates a submission reference and delivery records. To limit abuse, the inquiry service uses protected representations of IP addresses and email addresses for rate limiting. These controls are separate from optional website analytics.
4. How we use information.
We use personal information to answer inquiries, discuss evaluations and purchases, provide requested assistance, identify the appropriate provider or partner, manage business relationships, operate and improve the website, protect our systems, and meet legal obligations.
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and responding to business inquiries, taking requested steps before a contract or performing a contract where applicable, and complying with legal obligations. We rely on your consent for optional analytics.
We do not use public inquiry forms to request access to your databases. Sending an inquiry does not enable website analytics.
5. Service providers and other recipients.
We use service providers and, where applicable, processors or subprocessors to operate the website and manage business contacts. Google Cloud supports hosting, storage and backend processing. Salesforce supports customer relationship management, business contact records and inquiry follow-up.
These providers may process the information needed for their respective functions. Google Analytics, provided by Google, processes optional website measurement information when analytics is configured and you consent, as described below.
We may share relevant information with a marketplace, reseller, systems integrator or managed service provider when needed to address your request or arrange the relationship you have asked about. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, to comply with law or valid legal process, to protect rights and security, or as part of a merger, acquisition or similar business transaction subject to applicable safeguards.
6. Cookies and browser storage.
The website uses browser storage to remember your choices and help forms work reliably. If you select a language, we save the preference in local storage and a language cookie. The cookie lasts up to one year unless you clear it. Local storage remains until it is cleared or replaced.
The forms use session storage for a submission reference and a fingerprint that helps prevent duplicate inquiries. This storage does not contain the text of your form entries. We also store your analytics choice in local storage so it can apply on later visits in the same browser.
Optional Google Analytics may set analytics cookies after you accept. This integration sets a cookie lifetime of up to 180 days. You can decline analytics and continue using the website. Browser settings also let you delete or restrict cookies and storage; doing so may reset your language and analytics choices or affect duplicate-submission handling.
7. Optional Google Analytics.
When configured, Google Analytics helps us understand which public pages visitors use and improve the website. It loads only after you accept analytics. Declining leaves analytics off, and we do not send Google Analytics a consent ping before you accept.
Consented measurement may include the public page visited, browser and device characteristics, approximate location and cookie-based identifiers. Our page-view reporting excludes URL query strings and fragments and does not send the text of inquiry fields, names, email addresses or messages. We do not use this website integration for advertising personalization.
Withdrawing consent stops further measurement from this integration and removes its accessible Google Analytics cookies in this browser. It does not undo information already processed. Choices apply to this browser and may need to be set separately on another device.
Google explains its handling of information at Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
8. International processing.
EngineGrids and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use the safeguards required for that transfer. Contact us if you would like information about safeguards relevant to your personal information.
9. Retention and security.
We retain information according to the purpose for which it was collected, the status of the inquiry or business relationship, operational needs, and applicable legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements. Retention can differ between inquiry records, correspondence, security logs and analytics records. Decisions about deletion or de-identification take these purposes and requirements into account.
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls and protections for data transmission and backend services. No website, storage system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Your choices and privacy rights.
You can choose not to submit a form, limit what you include in a message, decline analytics, and change browser storage settings. We need the required contact fields to process an inquiry and respond to you.
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
To make a request, use our contact form and include “Privacy request” in your message. Describe the request without including sensitive identity documents. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity or authority before responding. Rights can be subject to legal conditions and exceptions. You may also complain to the data protection authority responsible for your location.
11. Children.
The website is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the website, please contact us so we can assess and address the matter.
12. Policy updates and contact.
We may update this policy as our practices or requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision. We will provide additional notice when required by applicable law.
For questions about this policy or how we handle personal information, use our contact form and identify your message as a privacy question.
