Terms of Service.

Last updated: October 1, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the EngineGrids public website and its information, resources and inquiry forms.

1. About these terms.

This website is operated by EngineGrids, Inc. (“EngineGrids,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

These terms cover the public website. They do not grant a software license or replace a purchase agreement, subscription, trial agreement, support agreement or other contract with EngineGrids. Separate agreements govern those products and services.

2. Permitted use.

You may browse the website and use its public resources for lawful personal or business purposes, including evaluating EngineGrids products. You may download or print reasonable copies of public materials for your own internal use, provided you keep copyright and other ownership notices intact.

You must not interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or access restrictions, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, or use automated activity that disrupts the website. Do not use the website to infringe another person’s rights or collect personal information without authorization.

3. Content and intellectual property.

EngineGrids and its licensors own the website’s content, design, software and other materials, except where another owner is identified. These materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted here or in a separate license, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit them without the rights holder’s permission.

EngineGrids names, logos and product marks belong to EngineGrids. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners. Mentioning a company, database, cloud provider or marketplace does not by itself imply endorsement or a partnership.

4. Information and evaluation resources.

Website content provides general product and business information. Specifications, availability, pricing and documentation may change. We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every page is complete, current or free of errors.

Reference architectures and financial examples illustrate potential deployments and business outcomes. Published performance results describe the workloads and environments measured. Your results depend on your workload, configuration, infrastructure and other conditions. Evaluate suitability, security, compatibility and performance in your own environment before making purchasing or deployment decisions. Website content is not a promise of a particular performance result or service level.

5. Inquiries and information you submit.

When you contact us, provide information you are authorized to share and take reasonable care that it is accurate. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, payment information, production database contents or other sensitive material through public inquiry forms.

You retain ownership of information you submit. You authorize us to use it to receive, route and respond to your inquiry and manage the related business relationship, as explained in our Privacy Policy. A form receipt confirms receipt of an inquiry; it does not create a purchase, support commitment, partnership or other contract.

6. Products, trials and marketplace purchases.

Software use, trials, subscriptions, support and purchases are subject to the applicable product terms, order documents and marketplace agreements. Those agreements control their subject matter if they differ from these website terms.

A marketplace listing, purchase link or contact form does not change the applicable seller, billing arrangements, support responsibilities or contract terms. Review the relevant agreements before placing an order or using a product.

7. Third-party links and service providers.

The website may link to cloud marketplaces, partner websites and other third-party resources. Those websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content, availability or actions.

We use service providers, including Google Cloud and Salesforce, to support website operations and business relationships. Our Privacy Policy describes how these providers and other recipients may handle personal information.

8. Website availability and disclaimers.

We may update, restrict, suspend or discontinue all or part of the website, including for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that the website will be free from errors or harmful components.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. These website disclaimers do not replace warranties expressly provided in a separate product or service agreement.

9. Limits of liability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EngineGrids will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the website, including lost profits, business opportunities or data.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or takes away mandatory consumer rights. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by the law that applies to you. Liability for separately purchased products or services is governed by the applicable agreement.

10. Changes and general provisions.

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version and changing the date above. Changes apply prospectively. Where applicable law requires additional notice or agreement, we will follow those requirements.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. These terms do not determine the governing law or dispute process for a separate product or service agreement.

11. Contact.

For questions about these terms or the public website, use our contact form and identify your message as a website terms question. Please include enough information for us to understand and respond to your request.
